Our Team

Cara started her international education at Shenzhen College of International Education (SCIE), the #1 ranked international high school in mainland China. After a year at SCIE, she transferred to Sierra School, a private high school in Cupertino, California in the heart of Silicon Valley, known for its small yet beautiful campus. Cara then moved to southern California where she earned her B.A. degree in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine, which ranks #33 in USNews’ “Best National Universities”. Upon graduation, Cara returned to the Great Bay Area and pursued her career in education. Cara’s professional and educational experience, uniquely position her to provide valuable guidance to families seeking her assistance.

Cara spent 8 years on her international education journey, being an SCIE alumni, a top international school in China, then transitioning to U.S. high school, and eventually graduated from the University of California, Irvine.  Cara truly understands how education can shape a person’s worldview, especially during the formative years before entering higher education. With her rich stories studying abroad, great passion for education and empathetic heart, she realized her mission and decided to a career as an educational consultant at GEC Academy, one of the top institutes offering program-based learning, where she connected curious students with university professors in engaging in research-oriented programs designed for young researchers. Recognized as the organization’s Best Newcomer of the Year, Cara excelled in consulting and building connections among professionals and academics in the Greater Bay Area. She has worked with more than 200 families in pursuing their educational goals, with successful admission into the Ivy League and Oxbridge. Cara finds it fascinating to discover a student's unique personality and to plan pathways to the most suitable program and school. 

At ARCH, Cara is an US Admission Consultant, continuing to utilize her knowledge and expertise in helping families who seek education opportunities for their children.

In her free time, Cara enjoys learning different genres of dance, ranging from contemporary to hip-hop. She is the co-founder of the first Chinese dance crew at her university, which remains active and continues to recruit new members. She also enjoys exploring eating locations from street stalls to fine diners and loves trying out cuisines from around the world.
