Our Team

Russell attended the university of Bath for both his PGCE Mathematics Masters Degree (rated outstanding) and his undergraduate degree in Economics BSc (2:1). 

He attended at Grammar School in Kent, England and achieved 5 A grades at A level (the top grade available at the time). He studied Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics, Biology and Chemistry and enjoyed all of them!

Russell is a current Teacher of Mathematics at St. Paul`s Girls` School, with 11 years of experience at the top level of education, having also taught at University College School in Hampstead and the London Oratory School in Fulham. He has been an 11+, 16+ and GCSE examiner and marker and know all the curricula for 11+, 13+, 16+, GCSE and A Level at a professional level. His knowledge of the exam boards and their curricula is further consolidated by ongoing CPD and training courses, to ensure he keeps up to date.

He is also a very experienced private Maths tutor, having successfully helped dozens of students to get into their chosen schools, as well as helping students achieve top grade exam success at GCSE and A level. Russell has helped individuals get into many of the country’s top schools, such as Westminster, St Paul`s, Harrow, Highgate, UCS, Francis Holland and Henrietta.

Russell enjoys playing a variety of sports, especially racket sports and regularly enjoys a game of tennis and badminton. In his free time, he also enjoys walking, cooking and watching movies with friends. 

At ARCH, Russell teaches mathematics, at all levels from those aged 11 to those applying for university.
