Our Team

Joyce graduated from the University of Washington, majoring in Psychology with magna cum laude. Before her undergraduate studies, she studied abroad as an exchange student in Cypress Ranch High School in Texas where she discovered her passion in Psychology. She then transferred to Shoreline Community College to complete her high school diploma as well as her Associate of Arts degree. 

Joyce is experienced at research, tutoring, and counseling. She worked as an undergraduate research assistant at two different research labs under the department of psychology at the University of Washington. She also worked as an undergraduate peer tutor for the introduction to psychology course as well as working as a trained counselor for Crisis Textline. Prior to that, Joyce was a student tutor at Shoreline Community College where she specialized in statistics and English. 

Joyce is an admission consultant on the US consultant team. She hopes to share her own experiences as an international student to help student find their passions, achieve their goals and secure admission to their dream school.

In her free time, Joyce is either hiking with her family or making some homemade sourdough. She also loves to travel and has a herd of dinosaur legos in her room.
