Ryan grew up in Hong Kong before earning his undergraduate degree in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine. His commitment to public service led him to complete an internship at the United States Congress, gaining valuable insight into policy and international affairs. Further enhancing his expertise, Ryan earned a certificate in education consulting from UC Berkeley Extension and completed specialized training in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), equipping him with a holistic approach to student development. 

With over a decade of expertise in U.S. college and boarding school consulting, Ryan Leung has played a pivotal role in guiding students toward acceptance at top institutions. His passion for education began early in his career, serving as an Admissions Representative at Fay School in Massachusetts, where he gained firsthand insight into the competitive boarding school admissions process. Before returning to Hong Kong, Ryan managed two successful learning centers in San Francisco, where he mentored hundreds of students, helping them navigate the complexities of elite school applications. Now, as a Senior Consultant at ARCH, he leverages his extensive experience to provide strategic admissions guidance and personalized support to students and families. 

Beyond education, Ryan is an accomplished endurance athlete. In July 2024, he made history as the first Hong Kong swimmer to successfully cross the North Channel (Northern Ireland to Scotland) in an extraordinary 14-hour solo swim. He has also completed several prestigious relay swims, including the legendary Loch Ness and a full circumnavigation of Hong Kong Island. Outside the water, Ryan is a dedicated triathlete and an avid sailor, embracing challenges both in and out of the office. 

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Ryan connects with a diverse range of students and families, ensuring that every applicant receives world-class guidance on their academic journey.
