Our Team

Teri graduated from the IIE’s Varsity College in South Africa with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing Management. Additionally, Teri has a TEFL certificate that she completed in Thailand. 

Teri’s education Journey started when she was 19 years old. Teri completed her TEFL and volunteered as a teacher in Thailand. In 2020 Teri made the brave decision to move her life to Hong Kong and started teaching English at a learning center. As a teacher, Teri taught learners between the ages of 2.5 and 13 years old and offered a variety of lessons to help learners develop their speaking, grammar and critical thinking skills in English, Trinity GESE as well as Cambridge YLE, KET and PET. In less than a year she was promoted to head teacher where she led a team of teachers and helped them grow and develop in their roles to be the best educators for their students. Soon after, Teri was promoted to a teacher development manager, she was based at the company's Head Quarters and her role was to train and develop teachers in their roles, as well as ensuring teachers were meeting all required expectations and standards in the classroom. 

Here at ARCH, Teri will be involved in teaching younger learners English and will assist with the development of this program to ensure students are receiving quality education.

Outside of the classroom, Teri enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures and food. Teri enjoys being active by going to the gym and trying new activities when she can.
